"I'm Glad God Chose Me." ❤️ Some stories stop you in your tracks. A child battling cancer was asked how he felt about everything he was going through. His answer was extraordinary. He said he was grateful that it was him and not one of his brothers or sisters, because he wouldn't want them to suffer what he was experiencing. What incredible courage. What selfless love. Whether you're a person of faith or not, it's hard not to be moved by a heart like that. As Christians, we don't believe God delights in suffering. But we do believe He can be present in the middle of it, bringing strength, peace, hope, and a love that shines brightest in the darkest places. Sometimes the greatest testimonies don't come from people who have everything. They come from those who have every reason to lose hope, yet choose love anyway. A beautiful soul. A powerful reminder that even in suffering, light can still shine. "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." — Psalm 34:18
