Returns & Refunds Policy

Every Face of Faith item is printed to order by hand, so please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us you agree to the terms below.

14-day return window

If you'd like to return a non-faulty item, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags still attached.

Return postage

Return postage is at the buyer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including return postage) at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

How to start a return

To start a return, please email hello@faceofaith.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps.
